Team
Our team is a young and multi- talented bunch, who are motivated
by the unique and challenging work we do and the people first attitude of
Mobius.
Our Recruitment
The ratio of people who apply to those who finally make it
is about 10:1. First they go through a rigorous written test followed
by 2 rounds of interview. The test evaluates them on their analytical
ability, English & general awareness. We put a lot of emphasis on
analytical ability since most of what we do require judgment through
sound reasoning. It is not surprising that about half our content
team are engineers, even if our web research teams do not require
engineering skills.
Our Training
For an organization of our size and growth stage, we have built
an excellent training group. Internally, we call our training team
as the ?Ultimate factory?. The goal of our recruitment teams are to
find people with potential and the right attitude. And it is our training
factory?s job is to develop them and give the finishing touches to
be ready to hit the ground running for any work. Our training team
also ensures that there is enough flexibility to retrain them to manage
the teams effectively.
The training team also provides continuous learning for potential
leaders to give them a helping hand to move up. Also other sessions
like monthly informal learning sessions, book reviews etc keep the
knowledge renewal and sharing an ongoing process.

Saturday Movie Shows
Its quite possible that a Mobiusian goes for a matinee show-
to his office. One of our training challenge was on making our team
members aware of the nuances of western world civilization & language
which gives the extra edge to our client requirements. To make this
learning a fun exercise, we leaned to Hollywood.pop corns, anyone?

In-house Creche (day care center)
A lot of talent goes under utilized , when raising kids and career
cannot be managed together. Mobius has a daycare which provides both Managers
and associates an option to leave their infants & toddlers under good care,
while they are just a step away continuing with their jobs. What more, they
can even monitor the kids & care taker through a closed circuit camera from
their own desktops. We see a happy family:-)
Flexi timing & variable pay
All our managers enjoy flexi timing and schedule their work hours
according to their needs. They have their KRAs and all supervisors and above
have a variable pay component linked to their KRAs. At Mobius, results matter
and means can be flexible within the professional boundaries.
Laptops
All our managerial cadre starting from an analyst and above gets a
laptop and an internet connection at home. When required they can work out
of home too. But the most important task that this enables is that our clients
get immediate response and teams can collaborate whatever be the time of
the day and wherever they are.
