It’s imperative, you have got

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in developing crawlers

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E) or Master’s (M.C.A) from an accredited college or university in computer science, IT or related field

Proficient with techniques, tools, and technologies used for crawling, aggregating, and processing data

Hands-on experience in developing crawlers using either Perl or Python libraries and framework

Familiar with libraries and framework like Scrapy, Selenium, Beautiful Soup, NLTK, etc.

8-12 years of experience in Sales with an understanding of technology from business and technical side

Significant experience in handling and coordinating a team

On a typical day at Mobius, you would be expected to

Prepare product or service presentations, product demonstrations, and craft business proposals

Collate the efforts from stakeholders, estimate the pricing, and get it evaluated with BU heads

Assist in identifying qualified prospects and convert them to customers

Stay ahead in market trends and assist in building customer-centric products

Aggregate business cases for the sales/ account management teams to support pitches and proposals

Work with cross-functional teams in spotting and qualifying business opportunities

Speak with customers and articulate their needs to cross-functional teams

6 years of experience in automation testing

Extensive knowledge in STLC and Object Oriented Programming concepts

Good analytical, communication(verbal & written), and problem-solving skills

Knowledge in testing tools like Selenium, Cucumber and frameworks like JBehave

Master Oogway when it comes to Selenium

Experience in selecting and configuring Selenium test environment using tools such as Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver, and Selenium Grid

Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like Java/Python to write test scripts

Perform 100% QC on the abstracts done by abstractors

Work closely with the Lease Lead and update on abstraction performance and accuracy

Oversee whether the abstraction adheres to the client standards

Review property and lease data for accuracy as compared to property and lease documents

Review and analyze for any discrepancy between the extracted property & lease data and the documents

Perform abstraction and/or first level review meeting with the Quality team

Understand the scope of the project

Support and motivate the team in providing quality data

Bachelor’s Degree or any graduate from an accredited college or university in business administration, accounting, computer science or related field

5-7 years of lease abstraction, real estate or related experience

Experience in handling and coordinating a team

Train and mentor the abstractors and reviewers in producing quality lease data

Identify the gaps in accuracy and provide suggestions on process improvements

Work closely with the Lease Lead and update on abstraction performance and accuracy

Oversee whether the abstraction adheres to the client standards

Prioritizing and allocating tasks to the team

Get the feedback from the reviewer on the abstraction accuracy and work with Abstraction Manager in improving the abstraction process

Understand the scope of the project

Support and motivate the team in providing quality data

Who are we looking out,

Should have at least 7 - 9 years of sales or account management or relevant experience

Master’s from an accredited college or university in business administration, marketing or accounts

Mined accounts in the current or previous roles

Should have worked with EU customers and have been doing customer engagement

Should have handled accounts between 100k to million USD

Have the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

Increase the revenue of the individual brand every year and meet with the target set for the financial via account mining

Handle customer calls on escalations, upselling, cross-selling Mobius products/services

Create an account plan for conglomerates

Identify multiple stakeholders within the company and identify areas of potential partnership

Handle internal discussions, connect with multiple stakeholders, internal coordination

Understand the company offerings and demonstrate our production values and services to potential buyers

Understand the client needs and make sure their needs are met by following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle

Reach out to potential prospects via cold calling

Build a good inbound and outbound sales strategy to create a better customer experience by maintaining an intact contact database

Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a prospect to closing a deal
